Gym Workouts do you hate them? A lot of people have excuses for not going to the gym. If your only excuse is I hate working out then things you might want to try and think about.
What is it that you really hate about? Do you hate the gym? Do hate your routine? You hate being sweaty? Once you figure out exactly it is that you hate, try to remedy that situation first rather than just quitting

The thing we ask ourselves, which should we breath with the nose or the mouth?
When you practice a sport , is it better to breathe with the nose as we were taught as children or with the mouth?

Without trying to answer this type of question to quickly because much depends on the type of physical activity practice and the degree of intensity.
